Chef Vítor Moreira

Vítor Moreira was born in 1980 in the city of Paris. He studied at the EPMT – Paris School des Metiers de la Table – and began his professional career as a waiter at the “Le Capetien” Restaurant in Neuilly sur Seine, near Paris. It was later that discovered the passion for the kitchen in the Restaurant “Le Laumière”, where it learned the bases of the French gastronomy.

Still in Paris he passed the kitchens of the Hotel Concorde La Fayette and Concorde Opera, Hotel du Louvre, among others.

Already in Portugal, in 2005, after working at the 5-star Hotel Vila Sol Spa & Golf Resort as Sub chef of kitchen, integrates the team of The Lake Spa Resort as Sub chef Hotel and Chef of the renowned Asian fusion restaurant and Mediterranean “Fusion”. Since 2018 he assumes the position of Executive Chef of the kitchen of The Lake Spa Resort with a mediterranean Kitchen concept.
