Chef Bruno Augusto

Born in Ribatejo, Bruno Augusto began his career in 2004 working in a several 5 star hotels in Portugal.  The young Chef went later abroad where he had an opportunity to work and learn from some of the most respected international Chefs. Switzerland and Brazil were some of the destinations to continue his learning path.

Back to Portugal in 2018, he embraced The Olive Tree Restaurant with an ambition to take the restaurant to a new level. Chef Bruno Augusto says the most important is to respect and taking advantage of the regional products. He tries to transmit his passion for the authentic cuisine in every dish, always respecting the seasonality of the products. He assume himself as a Mediterranean gastronomy lover!
