Chef Vitor Monteiro

Vítor Monteiro, born in Resende in the Douro Vinhateiro, has lived in Algarve for over 20 years where he took his training at the Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Algarve. He’s been through several respectable hotels and restaurants in Algarve, and later he lead the team on the kitchen of the Hard Rock Café Lisboa. Nowadays, he’s the Executive Chef at the group NAU Hotels & Resorts, for the units NAU Salgados Dunas Suites, NAU Salgados Vila das Lagoas Apartments, NAU São Rafael Suites and NAU São Rafael Atlântico.
